Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions to initiate the return process.

3. Return Window:

You have 1 months from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

4. Shipping Your Return:

Pack the sweater securely in its original packaging, if possible.

Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email inside the package.

Ship the return package to the address provided during the return process.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you desire.
